Are you ready to take steps toward improving the way you use your body to move?
As one of only a handful of restorative exercise specialists in Calgary,
Rosanna Taylor offers a proactive and preventative as well as therapeutic approach to health and well-being.
What do I do?
I strive to help people from all stages of life feel good in their bodies
while reducing pain from injury, stress or a sedentary lifestyle.
Through science-based movement and education, I can help you improve the mechanics of how you sit, stand and walk in order to decrease pain, increase mobility, develop strength, build bone density, improve pelvic floor dysfunction, regulate digestion, and generally feel good in your body.
I will help you learn how to move your body the way it was designed to be moved and
help you integrate whole body movement into your lifestyle.
I am a nature loving, outdoor exploring mom of two energetic boys. I live in Calgary, Alberta and enjoy getting outside in many of the wonderful natural spaces Canada has to offer. I am a movement coach and professional kinesiologist who can help you discover where you may be missing strength and mobility. Join me to learn how to get outside, move better, and feel good in your body, no matter your age. |
